Vote i vote for Vivi

Well,I vote for Picasso,because he's the strongest char in Rosal I know,even tho Vivi has ap reduction as I've seen Picasso has high Ap loss so he could avoid losing ap.
Rambo is lvl 200 feca so it's a bit unfair to put him there,since he's got shields and a dopple...at least if you mean the Rambo i think you are.
